Overview
Provides a standardized Agentic Operations Platform enabling monitoring, execution, and storage of AI agent templates, knowledge bases, skills, and agent tools.
For AI-assisted software delivery, hosts AI digital workers that automate code migration, version upgrades, and cross-repository analysis across multiple project streams.
Key achievements
Consulted on and applied the Digital Worker Factory to FPT's projects.
Successfully supported two migration projects through their development and testing phases.
Provided users with a platform to easily build and centralize their AI-related working processes.
Responsibilities
- Built a microservice platform for agent skill management, tool registry, and pipeline orchestration, serving as the runtime host for AI digital workers and the platform for monitoring AI agents.
- Designed a flexible knowledge base architecture that uses text-based storage, vector-based retrieval, or a dynamic combination, customized per project context and use case.
- Built project-specific agentic workflows and prompt pipelines using Copilot SDK, Claude SDK, and MCP integrations.
- Delivered the full application stack (Python backend, React frontend, Docker, OAuth) while retaining ownership of architecture decisions and engineering standards.
- Researched and built AI agent communication capabilities, combining LLMs and context engineering with graph-based and vector-based retrieval, and developed supporting tools along the way.
- Consulted with migration, version-upgrade, and KTLO teams to assess technical constraints and translate them into concrete AI adoption roadmaps, including jQuery migrations and JSP-to-Java Spring Boot conversions.
- Supported project teams in establishing standardized methodologies and converting manual development processes into automated pipelines within the Digital Factory Platform.
- Guided project teams in deploying and running solutions within a sandboxed environment to ensure security compliance.
